Mum the apprentice.

Howdy Mates.  Mum's been trying her hand at being a builder's labourer and a painter in the last week and we're not surprised to say she says she's not cut out for either.  It started when we got some new doors and they had to be stained.  We gotta admit, mostly dad  mum did a good job.  The doors look good and we can see through them now.  We can't wait to see what kind of slobber and nose art we can achieve on them.

Our new front door.  Lets in heaps of lovely light.

 Our new passage door.
Hey, I can see ya, but I can't get to ya???

Now, how does this thing open?

That better not be the sound of a treat bag being opened.

Then to finish off her apprenticeship, she helped out at our sissy's new home cause they are building a retaining wall.  Well, with arms that have the strength of two pieces of long cooked spaghetti, mum didn't last too long.  Just long enough that she couldn't raise her arms above her head the next day ahahahahaha.
Meanwhile back at the ranch, er house, Rory slept like a log near the back door.  On guard, and ever alert.

Have a great week mates.
No worries, and love, Stella and Rory

  10. Hi Stella Down Under,
That is a beautiful door and once you and Rory get your various levels of nose art up there, it will be even better. My Mom thinks she can do anything like that but the truth is she can't. Must be old age.

    Cheers,
    Stella Up Over
