Dog School - You guessed it.

Howdy Everybuddy, today we graduated again.  I know we've said it before, but Mum wants to shout it all across the world.  She is very proud of us and we have passed from Grade 3 to Grade 4.

Now Grade 4 is going to be tougher for sure.  The Instructor said we must polish up our positioning along with Mum and Dad and their signals and stuffs.  We'll leave all that business to them.  We just want the treats that we get especially the cheese and fritz.  Mmmmm totally yummers.

Our dog school goes from Grade 1 through to Grade 6 so we are now half way there.  It has been heaps fun and we love to meet the other dogs and people even though sometimes Stellie gets a little nervous.  Once she has a few pats, a few sniffs and a few treats we are ready to learn.  Mum wants to let everyone know, we are not perfect by a long shot and I agree.  Butt, we are all having fun, there is no pressure and our instructors are caring and helpful. Mum and Dad always have a laugh and that makes us relax too.

Stellie received the Most Improved.
We think Dad helped a lot with that, for sure.

I received my very first award.  I was the Happiest Worker.  I have to admit I do love all the attention I get.

My Instructor knows me well now and when I start to get tired at the end of the lesson this is what I do (except I don't have my tug toy of course hehe).

I can't help it.  When Mum tells me to drop I do but then I roll over, side to side, waving my legs in the air.  My Instructor laughs and tells me, that's ok, lesson is nearly over and I can have a rest if I want.  See, like I said, no pressure.

Well that's it for now friends.  We hope your weekend has been as fine as ours has.  Our brother James won his football game, our weather was pretty good for this time of the year, The Adelaide Crows won their football game (you beauty), we graduated and best of all, Sunday night for tea we had takeaway.  Pizza.  Mmmmmm.  See ya all soon.

No worries, and slobber Rory, and love, Stella

P.S.  Yesterday we went to visit our Vet for a weigh in.  Rory weighed 69 kgs (152 lbs, nearly 10 months old) and and I was 12 kg (26 lbs, nearly 12 months old).   x x

We want a Puppy!!

Howdy Everybuddy, I have just seen something wonderful on TV and have come up with a great idea!

Hey Stella, come and have a look at this.  Guide Dog puppies.  Aren't they cute?  Well they are kinda cute but not as cute as a spaniel pup of course.  Why are they on television Rory?  They are going to be Guide Dogs.  They're looking for puppy trainers to care for these pups for 12 months and train them and stuffs.  I reckon we could do that Stellie.  Hey yeah, I reckon we could do it too.  I could teach those pups plenty.  How to tap on the door in the morning to get let out, how to get up on the dining table and clean up crumbs when lazy people leave their chairs out, you know, good stuff.

Yeah, I could teach them how to dig holes, chew up stuffies, slobber on bench tops and everyone's clothes.

Can we have this one?

Hey, this really sounds like a good idea.  Let's go ask mum.

Sorry Rory, it was a great idea.  Mum says that's not quite what they need to learn.  I suppose mum does look a little worn out lately.   I don't know why.  Anyone would think she is busy or something.  Oh well, good luck to the little cutie pies.  We wish you good luck with your training and your forever homes.  You have the ability to change someone's life immensely.  Yeah, good luck little pups. You certainly are special.

Stellie, I hear a hole calling me, hehehe.  I'm right behind you buddy.

No worries, and slobber Rory and Stella

Happy Monday to You

Hi Everybuddy, we don't know what the heck has happened but blogger changed on us without even asking!  Mum can't find any of our old blogs on the page thingy where you write them.  WTF is up with that?

Anyhoo, here we go anyway.  This is what we woke up to this morning.

Can you see, Dad and our brothers moved our little house so it will be more sheltered during the colder weather.

Oscar, Brucey and Kara,
We miss you and love you.
Thanks for sending us an hello.

Wishing you all a wonderful week.
No worries, and love,

Slobber and Squirrels?

Howdy Everybuddy

I was really happy to see mum get home yesterday.
I like to rub my face on her and
woops, it was a bit slobbery hehehe
No worries, and slobbers
Rory

Hi Everyone, I have a question for you.  I have tried putting photos from the internet on my blog and when I do I have realised my blog post does not appear as posted on other people's blogs.  For example yesterday I posted Squirrels.    Does anyone know why this would happen.  It does get published, just doesn't appear on anyone's list of new posts.  Hope this makes sense.  Cheers, Carol

Squirrels??

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Howdy Everybuddy,
just woke up after Dog School.
We look kinda stupefied don't we, hehehe.

Tyler came to visit.
He can walk under Rory easy as pie now.

Hey, can anyone smell rabbits?

I'm sure I can smell rabbits.

Do they smell like Squirrels?
Are squirrels cute and fun
or naughty and annoying?
We don't know cause we don't have them in Oz.
Let us know what you think.

See ya everybuddy.
No worries, and love
