My Sunday Walk

Hi Everybuddy, today I went on another long walk with mum and dad.  I ran all the way, ok some of it was walking, but not much.  Mum says I probably went about 7 km (4.3 miles).  I had a ball.  There are heaps of photos, so if you get bored, just scroll to the end.

Here we go, ready or not.

Lots of grapevines on the left.

Running.

Back on the lead cause we are near a road.

Starting to puff.

Hang on a sec Dad.  Wait for me.

I'm coming!

The big puddle I ran through yesterday, hehehe.
Boy oh boy, was I muddy.

Hello again from Stone Man.

I was allowed off leash cause it was cold this morning and Mum thought we were pretty safe from snakes.
It was very early and chilly.

I can see the car.  Phew.  I'm knackered.

Can't wait for a drink.  Hehehe, see the mud from yesterday.

After that big walk, I needed to do lots of this.

Hope you have all had a wonderful weekend.
No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
P.S.  Rory still can't go on long walks cause his little legs are still growing and developing.

Great walk, but you need to get your ma to carry a water bottle for ya like mine does, it's lovely to "wet ones whistle" while in the middle of a big walks!!

  3. Hey Stella Down Under,

What a very fine long run you got and that is good for you, isn't it. I get to go on walks because I live in the town, but I'd love to run on those long roads!

  6. Fancy having a walk where you have to be protected from snakes! The most we have to contend with is Kentucky Fried Chicken cartons! Deccy x

  7. Great walk. It's been a bit cool when we walk, so we figure the snakes are holed up, or at least sluggish.

    We don't walk that far.

  21. I'm so glad you explained why Rory didn't go! I thought you'd want to tire the little guy out so you could all get some rest. Hang in there, Rory, your turn will come!

  26. Wow, what an excursion! And we are pea-green with envy that you get to run off-leash in such huge fields - although the possibility of poisonous snakes is a deal-breaker for us. You're a brave puppy, Stella. Although we're sure your mum and dad always take the best care of you. Just wait until Rory has grown big enough and has a good recall, so he can go with you.
