Howdy Mates
We're looking after our cousins Tyler and Jinx
while their mums work.
Guess who likes our Penny cat just a little tooo much?
Jinx will sit for hours staring at the last place she saw Penny.
Yesterday it was predicted we would get snow in our Adelaide Hills but we just had heavy hail instead. It looked like snow and was bloomin' cold.
Today we have 12C (53F) and fine so the sun puddles inside are lovely. Have a great weekend mates.
No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
it is hard to imagine it is so cold in Adelaide - growing up there it always seemed warm all year long.
ReplyDeleteWe heard that there was a chance of snow in Hobart and Melbourne but hadn't heard about Adelaide. Brrrrr...hail! We've got beautiful sun today with just a bit of a bite when you're in the shade. Keep warm.
ReplyDeleteWe always stare at cats AND we remember where we've seen them before!
It is so strange to read that you are expecting snow when it is 102 degree F here in New Mexico, USA! Having the cousins around sounds like it could be fun...and a bit a trouble. Hope everyone has a good time.
ReplyDeleteOoh, heavy hail can hurt. You need to arrange for nice fluffy white snow - much more fun.
ReplyDeleteToodle pip!

ReplyDeleteWell at least it IS winter.... it is 12'C here as I type; mid morning on a SUMMER's day!!! oh for a sunpuddle... Has Jinx moved yet??? Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Stay warm and enjoy your sun puddles. Lucky for us we are having a cool day today which makes a nice change. Have a super Saturday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
LOL! We had a 55F morning the other day. It was heaven! Late July in the Washington DC suburbs is usually brutally hot so a "record low" like that was delightful!
ReplyDeleteOMD does PENNY feel the same way about JINX???
ReplyDeleteHOLY GWALK A MOLEY.... you had HAIL??? Did you get to eat any of it??? Did you walk around and slip and slid through it?
HERE we can have HAIL in all 4 seasons... We are not Fans of the stuffs... it HURTS when it hits... like being pelted with ROCKS or BALLS.
Glad that your cussins are there to have some fun with.
RORY, How is your Paw doing? Have you been chewing the one we sent to you ... in PLACE of your Real Paw?
How are your PEEPS doing? BETTER we hope!
NO WORRIES NO WORRIES
Isn't that crazy that you have hail while I nearly melt away? We should mix our weather, that would be great! Stay warm and have fun together, hope Jinx hasn't to wait too long for Penny :o)
ReplyDeleteSo good of you to help out with the doggy daycare. Did we hear the word SNOW???? We will be on our way as soon as you tell us it has arrived!!!
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
Bummer about the hail. We hope it didn't do any damage! Enjoy your sun puddles!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots♥
Mitch and Molly
12C would be wonderful right about now!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
We've got hot and humid weather...almost too hot for the beach, but we'll go after supper. Stay warm and keep an eye on that cat, Jinx!
ReplyDeleteThe Mr. was wondering, is the screen door reinforced with chain link fence to keep Jinx in?
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the cold weather! The weather in Thailand is sorting hot!
ReplyDeleteLove,
Homer
PS: Rory, did you ask your mom about your boy bits? What did she say? ;)
More friends for playtime! Excellent!
ReplyDeletexoxo Marjie
Oh, sunpuddles are the bestest when it's chilly outside!!
ReplyDeleteAnd you gots your cuzzins overs???!! PAWSOME!!! Wows, I hopes Penny stops by once in a while to say 'hey' to Jinx, could be a long wait there.
Rory, I hopes your paw is healin' up dude, I send you POTP every day!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
We have plenty of heat to spare, and I have a feeling that the warmth we're sending your way will find its way to you very soon!
ReplyDeleteI hope you've all had a good weekend, take care and know you're being thought of!! :-)
The photo makes a wonderful enlarge header - portrays the Doggie-Family beautifully!
ReplyDeleteIf I see a cat on my walks, I stare at it. Shuffle my feet a bit. Stare at it some more. At least until one of us gets bored and walks away. Hope you guys are doing okay. It's too hot up here. High 20's. We have to wait until after 7:00 PM to go for a walk :(
