Howdy Everybuddy.  We had a wonderful surprise the other day.  It all started when mum and dad went away on holiday along The Great Ocean Road (without us!!) and then posted some dogless boring photos of their trip.  

Dip and Bridge and their little brother Elliot and their mum must have had plenty of spare time on their paws that day cause they looked at all the photos and their mum asked if she could paint one of our photos.  We said No Worries.  

Then the other day we had an e mail to say she had finished and sent us a photo of it.  Wowza and yaahoo.  It was totally gorgeous.

Waiting

Howdy mates.  This week has flown by.  

We don't know where the time goes.  We wait for things to happen.

I wait for mum to get out of bed.

We sleep while we wait.

I wait for someone to comb my hair!

Jinx waits for Penny to come out of hiding, hehe.

Mum waits for more flowers to open.

We wait for mum to have a cuppa.

 I wait for someone to play ball.

We wait for a treat.

We wait, then realise we have to sit for a treat.

Today, 22 November, is our big brother's birthday.

We wait to say Happy Birthday Paul!

While mum waits, she remembers her mother.

Unconditional love.

She never had to wait for that.

Mum's being lazy

Howdy Everybuddy.  Things have been quiet around here.  Mum needs to get off her lazy butt chair and take us somewhere exciting and get some more photos of me us. 

She has actually started some Christmas shopping and is getting her knickers in a knot stressy about what to buy.  Sometimes she goes to the shops, sits down for a coffee and muffin (she says she needs energy to shop, pfffft) chats with our sister(s) for hours and then wonders why she walks around and comes home with nothing!  Useless we say.  Write a list we say.  Does she listen???  Noooooo. 

 

Anyhoo, she is thinking of going shopping again!  Leaving us home alone!  Well actually James is home now.  Our youngest brother has finished High School for ever and ever.  

 

He is off to University next year (or possibly the year after if he has a Gap year, so he can work and save some money).  Hey, we forgot to say he passed his driving test and now has his licence!  Yay!!

Mum says she deserves a gold watch 

for teaching five kids to drive!  

So mates, have a good weekend.  Love the ones you're with and if your mum goes shopping, tell her to make a list ok?

Howdy Mates.  It's starting to get hot here at our place.  Temperature today is heading for 35C (95F).  Yesterday was warm too and we went for a walk butt mum says no more hot walks for us.  Rory was knackered at the end.

When we got home we did this.

Hey Penny, do ya think mum can get off the computer to feed us this morning?

 

 What do ya mean you've already been fed???
