Yesterday my dear Dad passed away.   It was unexpected.
My heart feels broken.   Reunited with mum now.

Vegemite - Are you Aussie enough?

Howdy Everybuddy.  I woke up early last week when it was my birthday.  Six thirty a.m. is a perfect time for everyone to rise and shine in my opinion.  Unfortunately, not everyone is of this opinion.  Mum was the only one to rise to the occasion.


I had put in my order for my birthday breakfast treat.  Yes, you know it.  Vegemite on toast.   Mmmmmmm, slobber, slobber, yum yum, come on mum.

Now for those of you who haven't tried our tasty spread, there are many differing views on how much vegemite to spread on your toast.  We love it and always have plenty but the trick is to also have heaps of butter.  Mmmmmm.  Mum was brought up in a household where the butter looked like cheese when it was spread on bread.  Cholesterol?  Try not to think about it. 

Can we eat now mum?  What do you mean you want to freshen up so you look your best for the photo?  Who cares, let's just eat!

Totally satisfying mates.  If you get the chance, give it a go and let us know what you think.  Most people outside of Oz think it's rubbish and we just can't understand why.  Anyhoo, to top off the day my sissy made me a special birthday cake too.  It had full sized pears baked into it.  Totally yummers.

Tyler wanted to help with the candle or possible just eat all the cake hehe.

I got two new teddies and I loved Mr Purple Koala and I let Stellie play with Mr Teddy.

Rory, it's ya Birthday!

Hi Everybuddy, today it's my birthday.  I'm one year old already.  Mum says that can't be true cause it seems like only yesterday they brought me home.  Anyhoo, mum got all sooky and picks out 87 photos to show you BUTT I said that was heaps too much and this is what she came up with.  


I know, I know, I was a cute fella.  Kinda chubby, big knobby knees and a wrinkly nose.  Weighed in at 9.5 kgs (18.7 lbs) at 8 1/2 weeks old.  Nowaday I'm more like 75 kgs (165 lbs) and taller than our kitchen benchtops hehe, which makes for some fun times.

Life is good mates.  I have a family who love me, a sissy who likes to boss me and friends who visit me from all around the world.  It can't get any better than that!  

  Get ready to squeeeee!!
